TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — The assets that previously housed Tucson’s Greyhound Park has a new owner.
Documents from the Pima County Recorder ensure the substantial plot of land around I-10 and South 4th Avenue has been marketed to Equilibrium Cordova Village LLC for $9,050,000.
The track stopped hosting races several yrs in the past, but ongoing into this 12 months as a property for off-monitor betting.
